May 3 — Service opportunity downtown. Grab a couple friends and sign up online at greaterdetroitumc.org
Cinco de Mayo
May 4 — The youth group hosts Cinco de Mayo Fellowship Hour following the morning worship service. Also following worship will be an interment service for Jean Andrus.
Concert
May 9 — The Grace Concert Series spring event features Elvis and Rod, tribute artists performing the music of Elvis Presley and Rod Stewart at the church at 7 p.m. (If you would like to serve as afterglow host, greeter or usher, contact Pastor Ann.

Corned beef dinner hosted in March by the United Methodist Men
The Easter EGG-stravaganza featured an egg hunt, games, crafts, snacks and learning time for the children of Grace.
Honoring MLK
The Greater Detroit District of the United Methodist Church presents, “Continuing the Dream,” the 30th Celebration Honoring Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Hosted by Royal Oak First UMC. You’re invited to attend on Sunday, January 14, Reception at 2:30 p.m. and Service at 3:30. Bring a NEW Children's book geared for Kindergarten-3rd grade as a way to honor Dr. King's legacy. We will carpool from Grace.
