    We are all meant to transform ourselves first, then the world. Grow into the person God meant you to be.

Ministry and Mission

Mission offering

The June mission offering will support Native American Ministries. The United Methodist Church acknowledges a gap in understanding Native American life and culture, while affirming the sacredness of Indigenous peoples, their languages, unique identities and contributions to the church and the world.

Grace Cares

Grace Cares is a new initiative that centers around providing resources from our congregation and community. We have a Blessing Box with hygiene and food items. There is also a closet for additional items such as clothing and a sleeping bag. We also provide lists of local resources for food, shelter, financial support and more.

Food pantry

Grace is providing support of the food pantry at St. Mary of Creation Catholic Church in New Baltimore. There is a donation box with a list of items needed in the hallway at Grace. Click here for more information.

Give to Grace, save taxes

You can make a charitable donation to Grace UMC from your traditional IRA without paying income tax on the distribution. If you are at least 70 1/2, you are eligible. Talk to your financial advisor or see Grace member Steve Whittlesey for details.

Lay Servant Ministries

Lay Servant Ministries is one of the significant lay leadership development programs available within the United Methodist connection. Through this system of equipping and empowering, lay servants have the opportunity to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ who then go and make other disciples. Deepen your understanding in hospitality, spiritual gifts, leading class, prayer or even preaching. After the basic class, you choose your path.
